Number of faces in square pyramid =5(f)

Number of vertices =5(v)

Number of edges =8(e)

Verification :

f - e + v = 2

=>5 - 8 + 5=2

=>10 - 8 =2

=> 2=2

verified.

It can also solve by using formula ;

f + v = e + 2

5 + 5 = 8 + 2

10 = 10
