Hi Mate !!

To verify we put the nos. 1 and 2 in p ( x ) and if the resultant will be Zero then they are the Zeros of the p ( x )

p ( x ) = x² - 3x + 2

p ( 1 ) = 1² - 3 × 1 + 2

p ( 1 ) = 3 - 3

p ( 1 ) = 0

Since , p ( x ) is satisfied by 1 and hence 1 is the Zeros of the p ( x )

P ( x ) = x² - 3x + 2

p ( 2 ) = 2² - 3 × 2 + 2

p ( 2 ) = 4 - 6 + 2

p ( 2 ) = 6 - 6

p ( 2 ) = 0

Since , p ( x ) is satisfied by 2 also and hence , 2 is the zeros of p ( x )
