Answer: by using the associative property of addition we can say that:- (a+b) + c = a + (b+c)

            a = (-2) , b = (-2/3) , c = (-3/4)

( -2 + -2/3 ) + -3/4 = -2 ( -2/3 + -3/4)

(-2*3/1*3 + -2/3) + -3/4 = -2 (-2*4/3*4 + -3*3/4*3)

(-6/3 + -2/3) + -3/4 = -2 (-8/12 + -9/12)

(-8/3) + -3/4 = -2/1 + -17/12

-8*4/3*4 + -3*3/4*3 = -2*12/1*12 + -17/12

-32/12 + -9/12 = -24/12 + -17/12

            (-41/12) = (-41/12)

               LHS  = RHS

        HENCE VERIFIED

THEREFORE ASSOCIATIVE PROPERTY IS CLOSED UNDER ADDITION.

HOPE IT HELPS YOU

HAVE A GREAT DAY.
