Answer:

(a+b)+c=(-1+(-2/3))+(-3/4)

=(-5/3)-3/4

=-29/12

now ...

a+(b+c)=-1+((-2/3)+(-3/4))

=-1+(-17/12)

=-29/12

  • therefore

(a+b)+c=a+(b+c)
