Here is the required answer : -
Given,
- ( - x) = x
This happens because when anything including numbers, signs, etc. are oustside of a bracket and there's nothing between the bracket and the number or sign then we multiply the value(or sign) which is outside the bracket to the value(or sign) which is inside the bracket.
Here,
' - ' sign is outside the bracket and ' - x ' is inside the bracket and when '-' is multiplied with '-' , it becomes '+'.

That is what happens here.
