SOLUTION:

L.H.S

x/(x - z)

-5/3 /{-5/3 - (-1/4)}

-5/3 /{-5/3 + 1/4}

-5/3 /{(-20+3)/12}

-5/3 /(-17/12)

-5/3 × (-12)/17

20/7

R.H.S

x ÷ y - x ÷ z

(-5/3 ÷ 2/7) - {-5/3 ÷ (-1/4)}

-5/3 × 7/2 - {5/3 × 4/1}

-35/6 - 20/3

L.C.M will be 6

(-35 - 40)/6

-75/6

-25/2

Therefore, L.H.S ≠ R.H.S

Hence, x÷(x-z) ≠ x÷y - x÷z
