Solution:

Given x = 1/3 , y = 1/5 , z = 1/7

verification:

LHS = x*y+x*z

= (1/3)(1/5)+(1/3)(1/7)

=(1/15 ) + 1/21

= ( 7 + 5 )/105

/* LCM of 15 and 21 = 105 */

= 12/105

= 4/35 ----(1)

ii ) RHS = x*y + x*z

= (1/3)(1/5)+ (1/3)(1/7)

= 1/15 + 1/21

= (7+5)/105

= 12/105

= 4/35-----(2)

from (1) & (2) ,

LHS = RHS

x*(y+z)=x*y++x*z
