LHS =RHS

LHS

(a + b)^{2}

(a + b)(a + b)

a(a + b) + b(a + b)

a ^{2}  + ab + ab + b ^{2}

a ^{2}  + 2ab + b ^{2}

RHS

a ^{2}  + 2ab + b ^{2}

So,LHS =RHS

Answer:

(a + b)^2= (a +b)(a+b)

= a×(a + b) + b×(a+b)

=a×a + a×b + b×a + b×b

= a^2 + ab + ab + b^2

= a^2 + 2ab + b^2

Hence proved....

for eg.

(3+5)^2 =????

here a=3, b=5

(3+5)^2=3^2 + 2×3×5 + 5^2

8^2 = 9 + 30 + 25

64 = 9 + 55

64 = 64

LHS = RHS

H.P..........

Hope it helps you....
