Here given that,

 -4 & 4/7 are the given numbers,

For commutativity of addition for both number we just have to add both of them in R.H.S and L.H.S by interchanging

i.e  -4 + (4/7) = (4/7)+(-4)

after solving both side we get,

  -28+4/7 = 4+(-28)/7

Again Simplifying both the equation we get,

   -24/7 = -24/7

Hence verified R.H.S = L.H.S
