LCD (-12/5, 2/7) = 35

(12/5 x 7/7) + (2/7 x 5/5) =  -84/35 + 10/35

= (-84 + 10) / 35 = -74/35

2/7 + -12/7 = B

= (2 + (-12)) / 7 = -10/7

So A is not equal to B
