According to BODMAS rule first we have to simplify the numbers given in bracket

$\sf \small-22 \times 20 = (-22) (-3) + (-22) \times 23$

$\sf \small-22 \times 20 = 66 - 506$

$\sf \small-440=-440$

$1 = 1$
