ANSWER

Let a1x+b1y+c1=3x+2y−5  and  a2x+b2y+c2=2x−3y−7

So, here a1=3; b1=2; c1=−5; a2=2; b2=−3; c2=−7

⇒a2a1=23

⇒b2b1=3−2

⇒a2a1=b2b1

Hence the system of equations has unique solution.

Thus the pair of equations are consistent
