Correct question :

Verify the property

x \times (y \times z) = (x \times y) \times z

Where the values of x , y and z are given

x = 0 y = -3/5 z = - 9/4

Solution :

Let's verify the property now !

 \longrightarrow lhs :

 \longrightarrow \: x \times ( y \times z)

 = 0( \frac{ - 3}{5} \:  \times  -  \frac{9}{4} )

= 0 -------- ( 1 )

  \longrightarrow \: rhs :

  \longrightarrow \: (x \times y) \times z

 =(0 \times  \frac{ - 3}{5} ) \times   \frac{ - 9}{4}

= 0 -------- ( 2 )

From equation 1 and 2 we verified LHS and RHS

Hence LHS = RHS

 \therefore \: x \times (y \times z) = (x \times y) \times z

This is called as Associative property over multiplication . In whatsoever way we group or combine the terms The results of LHS will always be equal to RHS.
