Let f(x) = x²-3x+2

If a is the zero of any polynomial p(x) then p(a)=0

So to check whether 2 and 1 are zeros of f(x) , find f(2) and f(1)

So f(2) = 2²-3(2)+2 = 4-6+2 = 0

And f(1) = 1²-3(1)+2 = 1-3+2 = 0

Hence  2 and 1 are zeroes of the polynomial f(x) = x²-3x+2

Hence , both 2 and 1 are zeroes of the polynomial - 3x + 2

hope this helps you mate!!!
