Area of triangle = 1/2[1(-5-7)+2(7+3)-4(-3+5)]

= 1/2[1(-12)+2(21)-4(2)]

= 1/2[-12+42-8]

= 1/2[-20+42]

= 1/2[22] = 11 sq. units

But we know that,

If three points are collinear so, area of∆ is 0

so, these points are not collinear.
