verify whether the points (1,5),(2,3) and (-2,-1) are collinear or not

(1,3) - 1st Quadrant [as both the numbers are positive]
(2,3) - 1st Quadrant [as both the numbers are positive]
(-2,-1) - 3rd Quadrant [as both the numbers are negative]

They are not collinear because when we mark the points and join them we won't get a straight line.
