  \frac{4}{13}  \times  \frac{12}{11}  \times  \frac{3}{1}

 \frac{16}{143}

RHS :-

 \frac{4}{13}  \div  \frac{ - 11}{12}  \div  \frac{1}{3}

 \frac{4}{13}  \times  \frac{ - 12}{11}  \times  \frac{3}{1}

 \frac{ -16}{143}

Since, LHS IS NOT EQUAL TO RHS.

therefore \: the \: statement \: is \: false
