Lysosomes is an organel found in most of the cells of animals  and plants. Different cell processes involve lysosomes including secretion, plasma membrane repair, energy metabolism, and cell signaling. Lysosomes acts as the cell's waste disposal system by digesting unwanted materials during starvation in the cytoplasm via endocytosis and autophagy. During cell metabolism disturbance, lysosomes may burst when the cell is damaged and the enzyme digests its own cell.
