Women are considered as important and given so much respect in india.Women play an important role in the society and they are even working every where the men work.
A special Reservation is given to women to get their jobs.In india as we all know its still under developed country some reasons are that the people working only encourage their particular caste to work and provide them reservations.
So these people don't give a chance for other people to improve even though our country provides reservation system.
Women works at all the places and improving their living.Women are permitted to get jobs in other countries as well.
When compared to the last Decade today's chance of finding jobs for women has drastically increased and help them to develop.
As other countries encouraging women from several years for getting jobs but india has realized that women is also important in developing of one's country.
When compared to other countries we have much chances to find jobs for women in private sector.
