We can say that very few election commission in the world have search why ranging powers as the election commission of India because-

• India is the largest democratic country in the world and that's why the democratic political ecosystem is also the largest political ecosystem of the world which is totally controlled by the election commission of our country.

• There are different types of elections of different tiers of our governing system which all are organised by the election commission of our country.

For the above mentioned reason we can easily say that the election commission of our India has a wide range of controlling power.
