Subject: Right to choose career as per interest

Respected Sir,

Through the segments of your valued Newspaper, I want to throw light on the manner parents try to control their children while choosing their careers. Parents do not consider the inborn inclinations and abilities of their children, rather command them towards a completely different career path. This behavior often marks failure among the students that later promotes depression and eventually suicide. In the generation of Internet, children themselves can accumulate information related to different careers from various websites. They can also opt different psychometric examinations to recognize their weaknesses and strengths. On the grounds of these tests and particular interests, the students must be given the right to select career of their choices.

I, therefore, humbly plead you to publish this content and take additional actions to help students in moral support and need.

Yours Faithfully,

Preeti

Subject: Choice of career by children themselves

Sir/Madam,

It is with great dismay that I am bringing this situation under your notice. This is regarding the growing interference of parents in choosing the career for their children. It is seen that all students are not good in studies. Some of them are good at playing, music, and other activities. But due to the rise in the competition in the job sector, all parents want their wards to read and get a better job with a respectable salary. But they don’t realize that by doing this they not only outing pressure on their wards but also don’t give them a chance on opening up for the other career options.

Therefore, it is important to see what talent your ward got and proceeded accordingly.  I request you to spread awareness about this through your newspaper so that the parents can know the real situation of the wards that they go through due to force career choice.

Thank You

Yours Sincerely

Peeyush
