Answer:

1.Use a separating funnel since the petrolium floats above the water. Just let the mixture stand. Petrolium and water are not soluble, so they will eventually separate. Since the petrol is lighter than the water, it will form a layer on top, and can be drawn off using a seperating Funnel.

2. CNG stands for Compressed Natural Gas. It's better fuel than petrol because it is non toxic and does not contain large number of pollutants and it does not contaminate ground water.
