1)anything that has mass and occupies space is called matter.

6)its fragrance spreads in the whole room quickly because the particles were mixes with the space present in the air and as the air moves the particles also move and room is full of fragrance.

7)Matter is made up of small particles which attract each other and the attraction differs from substance to substance. Chalk breaks easily on hammering but iron cannot be broken which shows that the particles of iron attract each other with greater force.
