Correct option is

C

P can have all real values except 3

The system of linear equations a1x+b1y+c1 = 0 and a2x+b2y+c2 = 0 will have a unique solution, if the two lines represented by the equations  intersect at a point.

Hence, the lines should not be parallel. i.e., the two lines should have different slopes.

Condition for unique solution is a2a1=b2b1

Hence, a1=P,b1=−1,c1=−2

a2=6,b2=−2,c2=−3

Condition for unique solution is a2a1=b2b1

⇒ 6P=+2+1

⇒ P=2

(- this symbol is meant by "not equal".)
