1.Microsoft PowerPoint has three main views: normal view, slide sorter view, and slide show view.

2.On the View menu, click Normal.Select the thumbnail of the slide you want to add notes to.The notes pane will appear beneath your slide. Click where it says Click to add notes and type whatever notes you'd like to add.To hide the notes pane, click the Notes button. on the task bar.

3.A hidden slide remains in the file; it is merely hidden when you run Slide Show view. You can switch the Hide Slide option on and off individually for any slide in the presentation.
