Answer:In Urban areas the facilities are great and there are much of job opportunities for people. There are also much of skills and skilled people who also create job opportunities. Greater number of job opportunities increase the earning facilities of people. This is why, people from rural areas shift to urban areas, to earn their livelihood and fulfill their needs and meet their expenditure. There are good facilities of food, light, house and other resources because of which people shift to urban areas. These reasons lead to increase in the population of urban areas.
