Hello Mate ❤️

Answer:

Because, Ships are made of iron and a part of the ship always remain under sea water. The salts present in sea water increase the rate of rusting on ships and hence, ships suffer a lot of damage due to rusting, etc.

Thanks ☺️ ❤️
