Very short ques. of civics why do we not considered saudi arabia as democratic country?

becoz in a democratic country..there z the rule of the people by the people and for the people orrrrr
rulers are elected by the people
but in saudi arabia it z jzt pretending to be democratic but it z not...only one person z ruling that country and using the bad techniques even killing peoples..he z not ruled by the people...it z pretending so becoz to get the tourists attracted towards them...countries wolud help it in trade or other buisnesss
