Answer

  • The total volume is 25209.9 cm³

Explanation

Given

  • There is vessel made up of a cylinder and a hemisphere
  • Diameter = 16 cm
  • Height = 15 m

To Find

  • Volume of the vessel?

Solution

Volume of hemisphere

→ Volume of hemisphere = ⅔πr³

  • R = D/2 = 16/2 = 8

→ Volume = ⅔ × 22/7 × 8³

→ Volume = ⅔ × 22/7 × 512

→ Volume = 1072.8 cm³

Volume of cylinder

→ Volume of cylinder = πr²h

→ Volume = 22/7 × 8² × 15

→ Volume = 22/7 × 512 × 15

→ Volume = 24137.1 cm³

Total Volume

→ Total Volume = Volume of hemisphere + Volume of Cylinder

→ 1072.8 + 24137.1

Total Volume = 25209.9 cm³

Given data :

》The total volume is 25209.9 cm³

》There is vessel made up of a cylinder and a hemisphere

》Diameter = 16 cm

》Height = 15 m

To find :

Volume of vessel = ?

Solution:

♥︎ Volume of hemisphere

♥︎ Volume of hemisphere = ⅔πr³

R = D/2 = 16/2 = 8

☆ Volume = ⅔ × 22/7 × 8³

☆ Volume = ⅔ × 22/7 × 512

☆ Volume = 1072.8 cm³

♥︎ Volume of cylinder

☆ Volume of cylinder = πr²h

☆ Volume = 22/7 × 8² × 15

☆ Volume = 22/7 × 512 × 15

☆Volume = 24137.1 cm³

♥︎Total Volume

☆ Total Volume = Volume of hemisphere + Volume of Cylinder

☆1072.8 + 24137.1

☆Total Volume = 25209.9 cm³

So, Your answer is 25209.9cm³

Hope so it will help.......
