VI A group elements have the no.of electrons in the outermost shell= 2 whereas helium has outer most shell elecrons=2. Then why VI A group elements are not considered as noblegas?

Because outermost shell of VIA group is not complete.

Because Helium has filled outer orbital whereas VI A group elements do not have filled outer orbital.
