The reason of vicious circle of poverty is one of the main cause of poverty in India is as follows:

  • Most of the developing countries which have low level of income and economic growth, are facing the problem of vicious circle of poverty.
  • This low level of income causes low level of savings and investment too. Low productivity which is caused by this, leads to low income in cyclic manner.
