Victoria's recipe:

170g of butter = 250 g of flour

1 g of butter = 250 ÷ 170 = 25/17 g of flour

Daughter's recipe:

340 g of butter = 400 g of flour

1 g of butter = 400 ÷ 340 =  20/17 of flour

Compare:

20/17 < 25/17

⇒ Daughter uses less flour in her cookies

⇒ the cookies are more dense

Answer: Daughter uses for less flour in her cookies

There are hold up to 50 kg of flour and a minimum of 10 kg flour as well as more ranges from 4 kilowatt to 20 kilo watt.

However, The total capacity of 17 kg to 90 kg of churned dough the more requires no fermentation about the immediate baking with international standards.
