and length is increases by 3m so length is x+3

before increases dimension area is A=x²

after increasing dimension x²+19=(x+3) (x+1)

x²+19=x²+x+3x+3

19-3=x²-x²+x+3x

16=x+3x

16=4x

there fore x=4

so length is 4meter
