It is true to say that Vietnamese used the limited resources to great advantage

Being a small country also they didn’t give up . Using the resources available to them and involving all the people in the war such as women in the war against USA they turned to defeat out two powerful countries i.e USA and France.

They were having unity and people as their utmost Human Resource due to which they turned to be more powerful and defeated USA and France
