Answer:

In today's society, online courses are widely used in colleges providing easy access to course materials, classroom discussions, and feedback to instructors. The course materials and activities may be accessed from any computer, whether it is from the University or from the comfort of your own home. I've taken two online courses since I've been in college and have benefited from those classes. There are a few reasons to why I'm drawn to an online education course as opposed to taking courses in a traditional classroom setting. First of all, I have a full-time job, which limits my opportunities to attend classes scheduled during normal school hours. Also online classes allow me to work on my own and move at my own pace. Finally, these classes offer more of a one-on-one teacher-student relationship rather than a teacher having to spread their focus amongst thirty other students.

These are the disadvantages of E-Learning:

Online student feedback is limited

E-Learning can cause social Isolation

E-Learning requires strong self-motivation and time management skills

Lack of communicational skill development in online students

Cheating prevention during online assessments is complicated

Online instructors tend to focus on theory rather than practice

E-Learning lacks face-to-face communication

E-Learning is limited to certain disciplines

Online learning is inaccessible to the computer illiterate population

Lack of accreditation & quality assurance in online education

Online student feedback is limited

In traditional classrooms, teachers can give students immediate face-to-face feedback. Students who are experiencing problems in the curriculum can resolve them quickly and directly either during the lecture or during the dedicated office hours. Personalized feedback has a positive impact on students, as it makes learning processes easier, richer, and more significant, all the while raising the motivation levels of the students.

E-Learning, on the other hand, still tends to struggle with student feedback. Students completing regular assessments become dissatisfied when they experience a lack of personalized feedback. The traditional methods of providing student feedback don’t always work in an E-Learning environment, and because of this, online education providers are forced to look towards alternative methods for providing feedback. Providing student feedback in an online setting is still a relatively unresearched topic area, and it might take a while for any specific strategies to become fully research-based and proven to be effective.so I should conclude by saying that online classes are good as well as bad as compared to class teaching.

Online classes are better than in-person classes.

Explanation:

Research from California State University found that two groups of students who received the same instruction from the same professor—one who studied online and the other who went to class—performed equally well.

Online students are frequently encouraged to submit activities more regularly for lecturers to track their progress. As a result, rather than allowing a difficult student to fall through the cracks until exam time, learning gaps can be discovered and corrected sooner.

With online schooling, you may avoid all of these costs, resulting in five-figure savings throughout your studies.

The majority of online programmes are designed with students working full-time in mind. If you can work while attending school, you may be able to take on less student loan debt.
