HEY THERE, HERE IS YOUR ANSWER!
The dogs, cat, birds, etc… that humans keep as pets. Why? Because they don’t have to do anything to sustain themselves; they get free food without having to work. Unlike humans, pets have so much leisure time, and spend all day doing whatever they wish. They are also not affected by rules as much as humans are. Whether you realize it or not, laws haven’t always been there; to restrain you from doing stupid things that harm the lifestyle of the wealthy and strong. Sure, you may have certain rules for you pets, but they are not always being monitored by authorities. Even if they are caught breaking the rules, they are often not punished severely (hopefully) because their owners assume that they cannot change the way their pet act. They usually not end up following these rules. Regardless of following the rules or not, usually pets are able to act very freely compared to humans. Pet’s are often confined to one place; such as one’s home, and are not allowed to leave that area. However, this is not a problem for the pets, because that area is all they know of the world, and not being curious as humans are, they don’t find a strong urge to roam around the surrounding world. (Unless they have been living “outside” before they owners took them.) Pets will understand that their humans are their source of food, and will be happy to stick around them. Indoor Cats are usually seen staring outside the window, as if they want to be out there. However this is not the case, they just enjoy passively looking at things that are moving. I think that is about it.
