In the past women have been segregated on what to do on what not to do based on societal and traditional laws .There have been a number of activities that have taken place in the modern world to justify that a woman can do better ,what a man does . Women have been given space on otherwise presumed as male dominated jobs like engineering and even construction .
First I concur with the fact that what a man can do a woman can do better ,for the reason that women have stood out to be brilliant people and tried to counter men .In the recent polls of the USA ,Hillary Clinton send out a strong message by almost trying to clinch the USA presidency seat .Not only her but several other just to name the current chancellery of Germany has been subsequently clinched by Angel Markel not because she is rigged in but because of her outstanding performance .Many more other have stood out dominantly to show what a man can do a woman can do better not to leave out Helen Johnson Sirleaf of Africa.
On the contrary opinion we usually forget that men have dominated on the field of casual labor .For instance i have never seen a woman pull a cart better than a man .Leave alone pulling it better but just trying to pull carts bear chested as men do it .By this I am trying to say that there are fields in which women cannot trade based on their feminist nature .
Again women have been depicted a people who rather care about the physical appearance than the main business in organization thus leading to a terrible downfall in their fields of trade .Take for instance a woman given a school to head she might end up spending all the resources towards painting the school forgetting that other very important departments are lagging .
