View:- Science and Spirituality go hand in hand because to believe in science you need to have faith because unless you have faith, science of anything cannot be proved. Science is the intellectual and practical activity showing the systematic study of the natural world through the observations and experiments whereas spirituality is the quality of being concerned with the human spirit/soul irrespective of the physical things. Science has helped us to reach space and Spirituality helps us to reach the depth of our minds. Science helps us make new discoveries and accelerate progress whereas spirituality curbs it within reasonable limitations. But, both, science and Spirituality helps us elevate ourselves.
