Mobiles are our best friends as well as our foe .It's only depend on ourself how we can use a mobile ,if we are using it for studies it will be our best friend but unless if we are wasting time like playing games then it will become our enemy .Playing games is ok when it is in limit so we should be aware about the uses as well as illness of mobiles
