When ew work so hard and vigorous exercise we need more oxygen but we cannot get much oxygen at that time and in the absence of oxygen lactic acid is formed in the muscles and we will feel pain or there is a cramp

During Vigorous Exercise, due to decrease in oxygen content and increased inflow there is a decrease in the net amount of oxygen anaerobic respiration takes place and there is lactic acid formation. Since excess of lactic acid is poisonous it accumulates in the muscles and causes muscle cramps

adityadev: There is a mistake
adityadev: It is reduced inflow and excess use
adityadev: Sorry for the mistake
