1-water has anamolous behaviour below

4°C. On decreasing the temperature,

density decreases. So ice is less denser

than water. So ice raises above and it

insulates the water present below it just

like igloo. So fishes survive under water.

2-pressure is low in high altitudes. Boiling point decreases in decrease with pressure. So it takes longer time to cook food as water boils very fast.

4-as water freezes its density decreases and volume increases. So the tube breaks.
