so in ∆ABC,
AB=AC (given),
since sides are equal then it's opposite angles are also equal,
then
angle B = angel C,
now
the sum of adjacent interior and exterior angle is 180°,
then
interior angle C + exterior angel C = 180°,
interior angle C + 120° =180°,
then
interior angle C =180° - 120° =60°,
therefore
angle B = angle C =60°
