I completely agree with this , disputes which cannot be cleared through constant agreements , petition and talks can be ended through war.

Every developed country has nuclear weapon and those which had not, are threatened by neighbour countries in every possible way.

Take case of Tibet , which is illegally occupied of China because it lacks nuclear weapons .

China is the only country which has disputes with its all neighbouring countries.

so in short , if they break promises violate rules..war is the only solution.
