•Recognise if one is addicted with them or takes them rarely.

•One should immediately regulate intake of these things.

•Intake should not be left suddenly, rather in slow steps.

•Slow steps will be easier to follow, and effective too.

•Use healthy substitutes of addiction.

•One should go to rehabilitation centre to get out of addiction.

•One should think about their family, and their consequences of intake of these things.

•One should share about their habits with someone they trust or they can rely upon.
