Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter => 48cm

3x + 4x + 5x = 48

12x = 48

x = 48/12

x = 4

=> 3x = 3 x 4 = 12

=> 4x = 4 x 4 = 16

=> 5x = 5 x 4 = 20

Area => s (s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

Area = 24 ( 24 -12 ) ( 24 - 16 ) ( 24 - 20 )

Area = 24 x 12 x 8 x 4

Area = 9216

Area = 96cm^2
