viii) Rani wants to become a (professional) cricketer when she grows up. Her parents don't agree
with her. They think that girls cannot be cricketers and want her to become a doctor. Do you agree

No, I don't agree with Rani's parents.

Reasons:

  • Because each and every girl has the potential to become what she wants to be.
  • Rani should explain to her parents that girls can be a cricketer too.  She should convince her parents by saying about the women players who are in the sports field such as Mithali Raj, Usha Rani, PV Sindhu, etc.
  • Rani's parents should support and give her the freedom to choose what she wants to become in her life.  
  • They should encourage her to become a cricketer instead of a doctor.
