perimeter around the parallelogram =2(bh)
=2(4.8+7.2)
=2(12)
=24

One side      =       4.8

Other side     =      3/2×4.8      =      7.2

Perimeter of parallelogram     =     2(b*h)

 =      2(4.8+7.2)         =       2(12)        =       24 cm

Length of wire required = 24 * 4 =   96 cm
