Given: Vikash invest 36 % of his income on his parents health. He spends Rs 15240 on his education out of remaining and spends 18.18% of left amount on food, he has 30 Percentage of the amount that he had spend on his parents health issues.

To find: The income of Vikash?

Solution:

  • Let x be the income of Vikash, then as per the question, we have:
  • He invests 36/100 x on his parents health, so:

                 x - 0.36 x = 0.64x

  • He spends the remaining amount on education, so:

                 0.64x - 15240

  • Now we have given that he spends 18.18% on food = 0.1818, so:

                 0.1818 (0.64x - 15,240) = 30/100 (0.36x)

  • Now solving the equation we get:

                 0.116352x - 2770.632 = 0.108x

                 0.116352x - 0.108x = 2770.632

                 0.008352x = 2770.632

                 x = 331732.7

Answer:

        So income of Vikash is Rs 331732.7 .
