village peoples are not developed to perform their occupation. City people helps them to develop through inventing new machines which help the farmers to continue their irrigation process without any riddles.

similarly citizens need rice and vegetables to consume and make them self healthy.

so , through these points. we can say that villages and cities are dependent upon each other.
