Brokerage ( d ) = 1%

Brokerage ( d ) = 1% of Rs7,50,000

= ( 1/100 ) × 750000

= Rs 7500

Amount get on selling the shop = A

A = S.P - d

= Rs 750000 - Rs 7500

= Rs 7,42,500
